Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote) We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves building products and making a real impact. You should be independent, able to take ideas from concept to delivery, and equally comfortable working as part of a team — sharing your experience and learning from others. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to rapidly deliver new products and MVPs, while maintaining the highest technical standards. Tasks Work within the Strategic Initiatives Team to deliver innovative products. Design, build, and implement end-to-end products and MVPs, including architecture, development, testing, and measuring success. Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and usability across applications. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, marketing, sales). Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer (both Frontend and Backend). Strong experience working in a microservices cloud environment. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (required). Hands-on experience in system design. Knowledge of React (required).
