What you’ll achieve As the Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take a key role in the design and development of our next-generation Radiology Information System (RIS). Our product enables radiology departments across the globe to manage scheduling, imaging workflows, reporting, and integration with hospital systems effectively. You will: Implement features and address defects based on inputs and requirements provided by the product team. Develop automated tests to ensure the stability, scalability, and high-quality standards of the software. Ensure quality and smooth delivery of code changes with industry best practices as pull requests-workflow and comprehensive continuous integration. Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure well-designed and accurate solutions. Stay informed on the latest advancements in software engineering and the healthcare domain, contributing to continuous improvement. Over time, become a technical expert in the healthcare and hospital imaging domain, including standards like FHIR and DICOM. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Essential Requirementss 3+ years of professional experience with backend frameworks in the Java ecosystem, such as Quarkus or similar technologies. Profound experience with persistence technologies, such as JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL. Proficiency with modern web development using SPA frameworks like React, Angular or Vue. Emphasis on software quality through automated testing and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with tools like Git, Maven, and Linux. Hands-on experience in agile development teams. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently, with a strong drive to achieve goals and continuously enhance skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken) Desirable Requirements Proficiency in containerization with familiarity in Kubernetes and/or Docker for deployments. Experience with microservice architecture, design patterns, cloud-native principles, and software engineering best practices.
