How You’ll Make an Impact: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Lead the full software development lifecycle — from architecture and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into efficient and reliable technical solutions. Drive technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring well-structured, maintainable, and scalable systems. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices across the team. Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes. Who You Are: 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony). Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design principles. Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. Familiar with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Vue.js is a plus). Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows. Exposure to containerization and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP). Committed to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on continuous improvement.
