THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join the founding team. You’ll work side-by-side with our CTO and help shape not just the codebase but the entire company. We’re talking real influence — everything from big tech decisions to product strategy, all while working with a team that thrives on collaboration and transparency.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Be part of the founding team with direct input into the company’s strategic vision.
• Work closely with Koru’s elite squad of product, design, and growth experts to build our MVP.
• Architect, code, and iterate—while also helping guide agile processes as we learn and adapt fast.
• Get scrappy. Some days you’re designing the future of insurance; other days, you’re getting deep into the nitty-gritty details of making it happen.
