Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to a transformative healthcare navigation platform. Responsibilities: Design and implement robust backend services using .NET (C#), with a strong focus on security, performance, and HIPAA compliance. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with internal applications, third-party services, and mobile platforms. Develop intuitive, responsive frontends using Angular or React, tailored to both care advocates and patient-facing experiences. Leverage cloud platforms like Azure (and optionally AWS) to build scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services (e.g., functions, queues, storage, managed databases). Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, clinicians, compliance, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure regulatory alignment. Participate in system design discussions, peer code reviews, and agile sprint planning. Contribute to internal documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A Master’s degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, and Angular or React. Proven experience building secure and scalable REST APIs. Solid experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, Jest, or Moq. Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure. Experience working in the healthcare industry. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep. A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
