We are looking for a full-time, senior full stack engineer with strong Rails and Javascript experience to join our team of talented coders and designers. About the role You'll be responsible for building out the intuitive, interactive experiences that our customers need to grow their businesses through on-brand content, as well as determining the backend architecture and endpoints that we need to support those features. Specifically you'll: Write elegant, well-tested code in a modern technology stack Participate in standups, code reviews, and retros Work closely with our team to make architecture and design decisions Ensure everything runs smoothly & safely in production Create standards around development, code review and deployment Our Tech Stack Rails 6.1, Postgres 13.7, React, Algolia, Typescript Team size: ~17 engineers, 2 designers, 2 product managers About you At Blaze, how we work is as important as what we build.
