• Full Stack Ownership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of backend components, integrating data analysis tools and approaches to enhance data processing and visualization. Develop frontend views where necessary, optimizing performance, security, and scalability.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex issues across the stack, from developing innovative ways for sales employees to interact with data, such as “chat with your data,” to enabling live access to our data-driven products. Manage the complexity of heterogeneous data sources, enhance application performance, and execute effective solutions that leverage data insights.
• Innovate: As the owner and expert of the platform you build, your role extends beyond traditional development; it includes leveraging data to drive decision-making, improve user engagement, and enhance overall project efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a distributed team and communicate effectively, using your strong analytical skills to deliver solutions that incorporate data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that not only meet but anticipate customer needs.
