We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our team at straiv. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining our Guest App. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that make a real impact in the hospitality industry.

• Plan, develop, test and release new features in collaboration with the team.
• Take a hands-on role in building systems from the ground up, contributing to strategic engineering initiatives as we rebuild our platform.
• Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices like code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• You share your technical knowledge and guide other developers in the team and thus continuously contribute to the improvement of our solution.
