About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help us rebuild education from the ground up. You’ll architect systems that scale globally, integrate AI deeply into the learning experience, and create tools that make students feel empowered, not just informed.

Your main tasks will include:

• Build and scale the digital campus that powers Tomorrow University’s AI-first learning experience.
• Architect APIs, services, and real-time features that make learning adaptive, social, and impactful.
• Work across the stack: React/Next.js + TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js/TS on the backend.
• Collaborate with product, design, and learning scientists to deliver transformative student experiences.
• Explore and integrate AI/LLM-powered personalization, tutoring, and content generation.
• Mentor engineers, set technical direction, and push the boundaries of edtech.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional full stack experience.
• Expertise in modern stacks: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Python/Go, PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS, Docker,, IaC).
• A product mindset — you care about user experience as much as the code.
• Startup builder DNA: fast execution, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML integration or building real-time platforms.
