The Position
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our product & development team and take a key role in shaping and maintaining our system’s backend and frontend components. In this role, you’ll work on developing new features together with our product owner and UX/UI designer, as well as maintaining and optimizing our existing systems. As a senior team member, you’ll be a go-to person for solving complex technical challenges and diving deep into investigations when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain core features across our diverse tech stack: Swift, Vue, TypeScript, Ruby-on-Rails, Node.js, Golang
  • Work on backend-heavy tasks while collaborating with our three frontend engineers and one backend engineer
  • Utilize extension points for Apple Mail (Accessibility API), Outlook (Microsoft add-in API), and Gmail (browser extension)
  • Contribute to DevOps and infrastructure tasks if you’re interested, leveraging AWS, CI/CD, and automated scaling
  • Work closely with product and UX/UI teams to bring features from concept to production
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the system remains robust and scalable
  • Collaborate in an asynchronous work environment with flexible working hours (24h, 32h, or 40h per week)

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies and architecture
  • Deep understanding of networking, HTTP communication, and databases
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to technical challenges with flexibility
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset—willing to dig deep into tricky technical problems and find creative workarounds
  • Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and familiarity with CI/CD best practices

Why Join Us?

  • Full remote work with an option to work from our co-working space in Berlin
  • No fixed working hours—we follow an asynchronous work model
  • Flexible work week options: Choose between 24h, 32h, or 40h per week
  • Work on a product that integrates deeply with Apple Mail, Outlook, and Gmail, tackling unique engineering challenges
  • Direct impact — help shape the technical future of the company and free up the CTO for strategic growth

If you’re an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys working on challenging problems, shaping technical decisions, and thriving in a flexible, async-first work environment, we’d love to hear from you!
