About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer who is not just a developer but a real problem solver and technical leader. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and Ionic, with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and team leadership. Youll work closely with our Singapore-based client, Globibo, delivering enterprise-grade solutions while guiding and mentoring a small team of developers. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core (backend), Angular (frontend), and Ionic (mobile). Cloud & DevOps: Manage Azure cloud resources, set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployments. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of developers, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and ensure best practices in development. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore and India to deliver projects on time. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges with scalable and maintainable solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, security, and performance through testing, automation, and code standards. 6-7 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and REST API development. Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) and Ionic Framework. Proven experience in Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.) and Azure DevOps pipelines. Good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and ORMs. Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing project deliverables. Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency (written & verbal). Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with other cloud platforms or mobile frameworks.
