QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of front-end and full-stack experience building scalable, high-performance React + TypeScript web applications on Heroku and AWS.
• Proven skills in performance tuning and accessibility best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for simplifying complexity into actionable steps.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, collaborating, and sharing your expertise.
• Strong communicator who can align both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges in an agile, iterative development environment.
• Proficiency in Go, Git/GitHub, PostgreSQL plus experience with testing, automation, and CI/CD.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Tanstack Query, Yarn, Tailwind, Vite, Zustand, Immutable.js, or Tachyons.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical front- and back-end features that scale.
• Architect solutions that are efficient, consistent, and deliver a frictionless user experience.

• Partner with designers to balance feature ambition with feasibility and realistic timelines.
• Break down big ideas into achievable milestones, helping Product Managers plan and prioritize.
• Serve as a technical translator, bridging the gap between engineering and business stakeholders.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to keep the codebase robust and future-ready.
• Maintain clear documentation so no one’s left guessing.
