• WHO YOU ARE:Experience with Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, gRPC, and event-driven architectures
• Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems
• Significant experience designing and implementing full stack applications
• Experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, along with knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and familiarity with frontend development practices and tools.
• You write clean, modular, and maintainable code and care about performance and reliability
• Excellent English skills
• Located in one of the European time zones

• WHAT YOU’LL DO:Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Go that power our web and mobile applications.
• Improve system performance, monitoring, and developer experience across the stack
• Drive technical design, code quality, and architectural improvements through RFCs and reviews
• Develop scalable, high-performance frontend features, while following best practices for performance, accessibility, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Build and evolve high-traffic, user-facing pages that serve millions of users, ensuring fast load times and excellent usability
• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features end-to-end
• Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies for new features
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all user-facing APIs and systems
• Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical interviews
