About the role The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work with the Chief Technology Officer to develop features and general updates to our technology suite, consisting of a no-code pathway builder, communication management CRM, and interoperability layer to ingest various data feeds. Full Stack Integration 90 % ● Collaborate with team, organizational stakeholders and customers in researching, scoping, designing and building tools to be used to develop workflow/efficiency improvements. ● Partner with the CTO to develop features and general updates to our technology suite, consisting of a no-code pathway builder, communication management CRM, and interoperability layer to ingest various feeds ● Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software to meet requirements. ● Perform technical maintenance for deployed active Rely Health projects. ● Troubleshoot and resolve all defects and incidents in a timely manner ● Contribute to code reviews for projects in development. ● Ensure projects are secure and implement best practices to protect user data. ● Scope out projects from shadowing sessions/customer interviews to drive product ● Partner with CTO to scope and prioritize projects based on ROI/downstream impact on future growth and revenue ● Actively participate in design workshops and architecture discussions ● Work on live partner implementations of digital workflows, requiring collaboration with customers in framing problems and designing solutions. ● Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory security standards ● Ensures product conformance to sound engineering principles, customer requirements and industry best practices.
