Role OverviewAs a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing innovative product surfaces and backend services that turn GTM data into actionable insights via intuitive UI and robust APIs. Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to build and optimize user-facing applications in React/TypeScript, paired with Python FastAPI/GraphQL for seamless agent workflows.
TeamReport to the Engineering Lead/CTO on a small, senior, high-ownership team. Partner daily with Product and closely with Sales/RevOps; lead design reviews, write RFCs, and make architecture/tooling decisions within your area while mentoring ICs. Cadence includes a daily stand-up and a weekly design/growth review.
GrowthMeaningful equity and the ability to shape platform architecture from day one. Clear paths to Principal Engineer or Tech Lead scope—owning major subsystems, setting reliability/latency/cost standards, mentoring others, and influencing hiring and technical direction.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll own end-to-end delivery of product surfaces and the services behind them—turning messy GTM data into clear UI, fast APIs, and agent-driven workflows. You’ll ship in tight loops with Product and GTM, raising the bar on reliability, latency, cost, and developer experience.

  • Build product surfaces: Ship React/TypeScript web UI (apps, chat, integrations) with great UX, accessibility, and instrumentation.
  • Own APIs/services: Design and implement Python FastAPI/GraphQL endpoints, data models, and background jobs that power agent workflows.
  • Context + orchestration: Contribute to the context graph and planner/executor policies; wire eval harnesses to measure quality.
  • Production excellence: Add observability, tests, and runbooks; improve latency and run cost; implement safe fallbacks.
  • Integrations: Deliver and maintain integrations with CRM and sales tools; reduce context switches for users.
  • Engineering leadership: Write RFCs, lead design/code reviews, mentor ICs, and improve standards and tooling.

Day-to-DayOwn a large slice of the product: design UI flows, build APIs, wire data and agents, ship small changes weekly, and watch the metrics. Balance deep work with in-person collaboration three days a week (whiteboards, design reviews, customer debriefs), and keep production healthy with observability, on-call participation, and steady quality improvements.Requirements

We’re looking for an owner-builder who’s shipped complex, user-facing software and the APIs behind it.

  • 4+ years building and owning full-stack apps with measurable impact (0→1 and 1→N); preferably, Staff-level IC from an AI/data/infra or GTM-tooling company who has owned a platform surface from 0→1 and through reliability hardening.
  • Strong React/TypeScript (state management, performance, testing) and Python (FastAPI/GraphQL).
  • Comfort with AWS production ops; familiarity with PostgreSQL/DynamoDB, Kubernetes, Pulumi, event-driven designs.
  • Experience stitching multi-source data into product-ready models; strong privacy, reliability, cost control and multi-tenant instincts; communicates trade-offs clearly.
  • Leads design/code reviews and mentors peers while staying hands-on; collaborates tightly with Product and GTM.
  • Nice to have: agent orchestration/planning, retrieval/graph-shaped context, eval frameworks, distributed systems; adds evals/observability and ships iterative improvements.
