We are seeking an experienced Full Stack engineer to join our newly formed Telephony engineering team. Front’s long-term vision is to evolve into an omnichannel solution for customer experience, beginning with support teams. As our product primarily serves help desk use cases, we’ve recognized a growing demand for high-quality voice and SMS capabilities from our customers. This team will focus on launching the initial version of Telephony while working toward delivering a more robust solution in the future.
To be successful in this role you must be a quick learner, have proven software development skills, would identify with being a product and business-minded engineer, have experience delivering high quality feature work on time, and work well in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
