REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc in Computer Science, other STEM subjects, or comparable work experience.
• 3-5 years of working experience in machine learning/AI in a commercial environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python (additionally, experience with C# a plus).
• Experience in building and evaluating production-ready machine learning models.
• Experience working with PyTorch, Tensorflow or other machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge about transformers, Large Language Models and other SOTA models is highly desirable.
• Experience building chatbots or other AI Agents is not essential, but a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, in particular, ability to explain complex concepts to more junior colleagues and non-technical people.

• Bring state-of-art machine learning models from ideas into production.
• Take ownership of complex projects, and deliver well-structured, well-tested, production-ready solutions.
• Take a leading role in designing and building innovative machine learning and other algorithmic solutions, API services and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders like product managers or software engineers.
• Monitor, analyse and improve the quality of existing feature implementations using statistical methods.
• Coach and support more junior colleagues.
