She can expect:

• Cloud Development & Microservices: You will take the lead in implementing complex technical and professional requirements in our cloud-based microservice architecture and actively shape standards and development practices.
• End-to-end responsibility & DevOps mindset: You independently oversee the entire development process – from the idea through refinements and development to CI/CD deployment and monitoring in operation.
• Teamwork & Agile Collaboration: You work on an equal footing with the Product Owner, Team Architect and the development team, drive technical decisions forward and support junior developers in their learning.
• User Centricity & Quality Focus: They develop solutions that are technically robust, maintainable and geared towards the needs of our users, and actively drive quality standards forward.

They bring with them:

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and have at least 5 years of professional experience in application development.
• They possess in-depth knowledge of Java development with Spring Boot or Java EE and have practical experience with at least one JavaScript framework such as Vue.js, React or Angular.
• They are proficient in using modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Node.js and GitLab, and confidently apply architectural principles such as microservices, domain-driven design, or clean architecture.
• They have experience with agile and scaled agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and are comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• They communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
