Now, we’re scaling our platform to power the next generation of livestreaming and live-selling experiences for SMBs and commerce creators — and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help us build it. What You’ll Do You’ll design, develop, and deploy core features for a livestreaming platform that supports creators and businesses worldwide. In this role, you will: Architect, build, and maintain full-stack apps using C#/.NET, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript, with a backend focus Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Design to deliver exceptional user experiences Identify technical requirements and contribute to architectural decisions for back-end and front-end systems Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate documentation, testing, and code quality Write reliable, tested, high-performance code and support continuous integration and deployment Review code, share best practices, and mentor peers to strengthen the team’s technical culture Integrate with Data Analytics and back-office systems to support insights, reporting, and business workflows Stay informed on emerging development trends and bring ideas to improve our stack and processes Our Tech Stack Frontend: TypeScript, React, Redux, Vite Backend: .NET Core/Framework (C#), Entity Framework Database: SQL Server (Azure SQL), Redis, BigQuery Infrastructure: Azure Cloud (App Service), Azure Blob Storage, GCP Back Office: Segment Analytics, Data-Build-Tool (DBT), HubSpot CRM, Stripe, GTM, GA What You’ll Bring 5+ years developing production-grade full-stack applications Expertise in .NET and React (or Vue), and modern TypeScript practices Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and managing complex UI state (Redux or similar) Strong understanding of SQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling Familiarity with CI/CD, and Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Exposure to Data Analytics and Data Warehousing Experience reviewing code for maintainability and performance Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams and writing unit/system tests Bonus: Experience with SaaS business models, including managing subscriptions and plans (e.g., Stripe) Familiarity with Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems You’ll Thrive Here If You… Love solving complex problems and turning ideas into elegant, scalable code Care deeply about user experience and high-quality engineering Enjoy mentoring and collaborating with a diverse, distributed team Communicate clearly and take ownership of your work from design to deployment Our Core Values At Switcher, our values guide how we build, collaborate, and grow: Create Something Great: We think big but move fast, using data and iteration to drive impact.
