What You’ll Do

• Front-End Development and light backend development
• Build robust, end-to-end features using React (front end), Node.js/TypeScript (back end), and GraphQL (APIs).
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work in tandem with a small team of product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to shape and deliver features from concept to production.
• Mentor junior team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and champion best practices within the team.
• Code Quality & Maintenance
• Perform code reviews, write automated tests, and regularly refactor code to maintain a healthy codebase.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve complex technical issues swiftly.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Experience
• React: Strong understanding of modern React (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar).
• Node.js & TypeScript: Proficient in understanding and working on backend APIs
• GraphQL: Experience consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Azure DevOps & Git: Skilled at setting up CI/CD pipelines, collaborating via Git, and managing releases.
• LLMs: Experience using or integrating Large Language Models into front-ends
• Problem-Solving & Autonomy
• Ability to break down complex tasks into manageable pieces and deliver within deadlines.
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end in a less structured, high-ownership environment.
• Communication & Teamwork
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to collaborate daily—everyone pitches in, and no task is too big or small.
• A willingness to help shape processes and strengthen team culture in a growing company.
• Experience
• 5+ years of professional software development with a stronger emphasis on front-end.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures.
• Experience setting up or maintaining cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Previous experience in startup environments or small development teams.
• Exposure to advanced AI/ML pipelines or additional automation tools.
