We work together on-site at our Tel Aviv office, collaborating closely across engineering, product, and AI to move fast and build with purpose The role You’ll be the technical lead for a major product area: shaping architecture, driving implementation, and delivering production-ready AI-native applications end-to-end. This is a role where you set the standard for engineering quality, velocity, and clarity. If something is ambiguous, complex, or mission-critical, it lands on your desk. What you’ll do Lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical (backend + UI). Break down complex problems and drive them to production independently. Ship high-impact functionality quickly, then harden it for reliability and scale. Raise the bar for code quality, testing, observability, and performance. Mentor other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance. Work closely with product, customers, and platform teams to define solutions that matter. What you’ll bring (must-haves) 6+ years of experience building user-facing products end-to-end. Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, PostgreSQL (or other relational DB). Strong architectural instincts and the ability to design clean, scalable systems. Proven ability to take ownership of a problem from zero-to-one → production. Sharp communication, strong judgment, and fast learning ability. Nice to have Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production apps. Background in multi-tenant systems, performance tuning, or platform work.
