These tasks await you

With our HR management software, we support organizations on their journey towards agile collaboration, transparency, and teamwork. As a full-stack developer, you'll be part of the team that develops and refines these innovative HR solutions. Working according to Scrum principles, you'll choose your own focus areas in sprints – keeping a close eye on the entire technology, from the front end to the database.

• You will work independently and in close team coordination on our software VEDA Horizon.
• You will further develop the technical foundation, which is based on open-source technologies - also through the targeted use of modern technologies and AI-based approaches.
• You further develop automated tests and create the documentation.
• You implement development projects in close, cross-team collaboration with stakeholders.
• You will pursue further training in coordination with the team, contribute your knowledge to the team and support joint development.
• You will work with our UX designers to design the user interface of our HR platform and further develop our component library.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of full-stack development.
• You possess a strong team spirit and are passionate about developing software solutions.
• You are proficient in development using Java 8 (or higher), Spring Framework (SpringBoot), Hibernate, SQL, Maven and have knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Ideally, you have gained experience with MaterialUI or another component library.
• You like to lead from the front and continuously improve the architecture of our software solution VEDA Horizon.
• Practical knowledge of the use of AI tools in software development is advantageous.
• Curiosity and openness towards new technological developments (e.g. in the field of AI)
• You enjoy empowering other team members and sharing your knowledge.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
