This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer, AdTech in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop high-performance, scalable AdTech solutions within a dynamic Retail Media ecosystem. You will work across the full stack, from backend microservices to frontend interfaces, ensuring clean architecture, robust performance, and seamless user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help transform complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping engineering best practices and scaling technology to meet evolving market needs. Accountabilities Design, develop, and optimize backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript, focusing on modularity, performance, and scalability. Build and maintain React-based frontend applications with Next.js and Material-UI, implementing advanced form logic and responsive, accessible UI. Integrate and optimize high-throughput data systems using MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and analytics. Implement reliable distributed messaging and background processing with BullMQ and RabbitMQ. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver end-to-end Retail Media features. Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution discovery, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Contribute to architectural decisions, improving system maintainability, reliability, and long-term scalability. Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern frontend frameworks. Proven experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in cloud-native environments. Familiarity with AdTech or Retail Media platforms (e.g., Kevel, Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, TopSort) is an advantage. Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with emphasis on testing, scalability, and system health. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing proactively to cross-functional initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
