SENIOR FULLSTACK ENGINEER

London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our new, rapidly growing Cards team. In this role, you’ll work on innovative fintech products, helping to solve customer problems by leveraging data and an entrepreneurial spirit. We’re looking for someone who is ever-curious and passionate about continuous learning, who can identify and use the right tools for the job, regardless of language or framework.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex features for customer-facing web applications.
  • Drive frontend development using React/VueJS and backend development with Python.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines for analytics and machine learning.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, including development, maintenance, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Mentor junior engineers and champion technical excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure code is testable with good test coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • This position may require being on-call at times.
