Our Hydra team operates at the forefront of our efforts to support Google Ads, owning the campaign management functionalities that enable users to scale, automate, and optimize their advertising operations efficiently.
Join us in building end-to-end automation solutions and enhancing existing automation pipelines to help advertisers seamlessly launch and iterate their Google Ads campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and develop how AI impacts ad tech, shaping the future of automated advertising.
As we expand into exciting new campaign types, we’re looking for talented engineers to strengthen our team and push the boundaries of automation within Google Ads.

We design, build, and maintain client-facing APIs and automation services using:

• Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes
• React for core UI workflows
• Seamless integrations with the broader Smartly infrastructure

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

• We’re seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer with Strong TypeScript skills
• Proficiency in Node.js and React
• Experience in backend infrastructure, large-scale data processing, and event-driven systems
• A solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous architectures
• While fullstack expertise is ideal, we welcome candidates who are more backend-focused
• Ability and willingness to work from our Helsinki office three times per week
