We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the development of our cloud-native platform. Our goal is to provide scalable e-learning and cyber security solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, reducing risks through modern, event-driven technologies. This role requires a true Engineering mindset —someone who can oversee the entire stack, jump into different layers of the architecture, and provide hands-on expertise where needed.

DESIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

• Fullstack Development Expertise: Strong experience with modern frontend stack (React,TypeScript) and backend technologies (Python, Java).
• Cloud-Native & Serverless Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS services, serverless patterns and event-driven architecture.
• AWS Lambda Proficiency: Demonstrated strong usage of AWS Lambda—authoring, deploying, and optimizing functions for scalable, event-driven solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code Mastery: Proficiency in Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Data & API Design: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, GraphQL, RESTful APIs and AWS analytics tools.
• Security & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with IAM, OAuth, JWT and cloud security best practices.
• Problem-Solving & Hands-on Mentality: Ability to troubleshoot issues across the stack and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork: Comfortable working across disciplines and guiding developers and product managers on best practices.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software delivery.
