We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with Backend focus to join our Marketplace engineering team in Berlin, Munich or Brazil. We are looking for strong candidates that have had experience in building solutions end to end, that means we value breadth of experience over specialization. Despite the Backend focus, you will be constantly challenged to build/maintain features from start to finish.

• You will mentor less Experienced Engineers
• You identify and define technical and product requirements, design development processes (CI/CD) and standards (e.g. for code quality).
• You will lead and support engineering processes in terms of technology screening, architecture design decisions and actual implementation.
• You will moderate team sessions and guiding and supporting your team members with your experience to tackle technical and process challenges.
• You are providing technical feedback to your team members in frequent sessions to help them grow.
