Optimization work – development and deployment of robust and scalable full-stack applications in agile product teams, primarily in Microsoft Azure. This includes the entire process from solution design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation, as well as the creation of architecture and solution design for epics and user stories.
Support work – Development and implementation of strategies for the use of AI throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Collaboration – Cooperation and coordination with internal development teams and developers from service providers in Germany and nearshore to ensure smooth and efficient product development.

Education – Successfully completed university degree (or equivalent) in business informatics, computer science or industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Qualifications – Several years of experience as a full-stack developer, especially with Java and the Spring Framework; experience in developing and maintaining applications using server-side rendering (SSR) technologies, possibly SPA (Angular); practical experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and its services; knowledge of implementing CI/CD pipelines; experience working with cross-functional teams
Expertise – Understanding of modern AI concepts and practical experience in using AI to support solution design, implementation, testing and documentation in the software development process
Personality – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex technical issues clearly, team-oriented work style, fluent in German and English
