As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Java, you will be part of our team of 17 employees at our Frankfurt and Düsseldorf locations. We are responsible for the systems related to cash management, reconciliation, and financial transactions, which we are currently migrating to microservices with a new tech stack (Spring).
You will play a key role in this migration.
- Transformation : You are responsible for migrating our applications from HOST to microservices (using Java, Angular, Kafka) and work closely with our HOST developers.
- Software Development : You write high-quality software components throughout the entire software lifecycle and further develop our applications in the best possible way.
- Interface management: You work cross-functionally with various departments within dwpbank as well as with external client institutions, contributing your expertise.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for system and process documentation and will keep existing concepts up to date.
- Regulatory affairs: Together with the team, you ensure that regulatory requirements are observed, new changes are reviewed and implemented.

This is what makes you stand out:
- You have several years of practical experience as a software developer (m/f/d) and possess very good knowledge of some of the following technologies and methods:
- Java, Spring ecosystem
- Angular
- Interface technologies (REST, SOAP, Kafka)
- Ideally, you have COBOL knowledge and are familiar with the mainframe environment (e.g., job control) in order to analyze the existing legacy systems.
- You have already developed software in agile environments and teams and have worked with Jira for this purpose.
- You work both independently and in a team, can communicate your topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
- You speak fluent German (C1) and have good English skills (min. B2).
