Cheers, Kalle (Co-founder & CTO) Aufgaben As a Senior Fullstack React & Ruby on Rails Engineer (m/f/x), you will actively shape and evolve our workforce management platform together with a small, experienced team based in Hamburg or remote. You will: Take an active role in our Ember.js → React migration (React, Tailwind, Tanstack-Router, Capacitor.js) Advance and maintain our Rails-based REST API (Rails, MySQL, Redis, Memcached, RSpec, …) Design and implement new product features end to end Continuously evaluate, improve, and refactor existing code Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction Be part of our agile planning and delivery process Qualifikation 5 years + experience with React and modern frontend development (state management, component architecture, hooks, performance, e2e testing) Practical experience building production-grade React applications Solid understanding of modern frontend tooling and ecosystems (Tanstack-Router, Tailwind, Vite/Webpack, REST APIs, etc.) Professional experience with Ruby on Rails, including working on APIs and business logic (Rails, MySQL, Memcached, Redis, RSpec, GitHub, …,) Ability to design and implement complex features with non-trivial business requirements Enthusiasm for AI technologies and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve development workflows Comfortable working with remote and on-premise teams Native German speaker and fluent in English Benefits Very few meetings with no hierarchy based system and zero binding team events - which doesn't mean that we don't like to meet and do something cool ;) We ensure flexible work for our developers, and all of our processes are designed for remote work The necessary hardware will be provided, choose your own hardware! Responsibilities

The engineer will actively shape and evolve the workforce management platform, taking an active role in the Ember.js to React migration and advancing the Rails-based REST API. They will also design and implement new product features end-to-end while contributing to architecture decisions.
