Job Description ARHS Group – part of Accenture- is looking for a hands-on Functional Analyst HR to reinforce a dynamic ICT team working on a large-scale HR transformation program. You will play a key role in the delivery of a HR Connector platform (AWS serverless), enabling seamless integration between multiple HR systems (payroll, time management, LMS, recruitment). Qualifications Your profile You are a pragmatic and hands-on Functional Analyst with a strong delivery mindset You quickly integrate into ongoing projects You take ownership end-to-end, from analysis to implementation follow-up and testing You proactively contribute to user story definition and refinement with the Product Owner and team You are comfortable challenging external partners and collaborating across technical teams (infrastructure, architecture, security, B2B) You demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management A results-driven mindset with focus on quality and deadlines You are fluent in Dutch and have a good understanding of the other national language Technical skills Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, within the HR domain Solid understanding of HR systems such as payroll, time management, LMS, and recruitment tools Strong technical affinity (integration concepts, APIs, data flows, etc.) Experience with complex system integrations (point-to-point or platform-based) Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology Ability to: Perform functional and impact analyses Support implementation and configuration Contribute to testing and validation Assist with operational support (incident & ticket resolution) Additional Information Work Environment Hybrid setup: 3–4 days remote work Minimum 1 day/week on-site (Schaerbeek area)
