Multiple opportunities available across Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting & Tax Accounting

A leading global funds management firm is looking to appoint experienced accounting professionals across several 12-month contract positions based in Sydney.

The opportunities

Financial Accounting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy across financial statements and regulatory reporting
• Support reporting and compliance requirements

Fund Accounting

• Prepare and review unit pricing, fund accounting and tax reports
• Ensure accurate regulatory and statutory reporting
• Work with key stakeholders to resolve reporting issues

Tax Accounting

• Prepare accurate and timely tax reporting
• Support unit trust distributions and superannuation fund tax calculations
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax and reporting requirements

About you

• Experience in financial accounting, fund accounting or tax accounting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
• CA/CPA qualified
• Degree in Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience within funds management, financial services or a related environment will be highly regarded
