For our business, for clients, and for you Job Summary: Responsible for providing and supervising the provision of high-quality fund administration and accounting services on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the full team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure smooth operational workflows. Prepare and record journal entries for partnership accounts and special purpose vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process payments in accordance with internal policies and procedures, maintaining meticulous records. Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audit planning and preparation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Assist in preparing materials to address queries from limited partners, ensuring all responses are clear and comprehensive. Perform additional duties as necessary to support internal procedures and external strategic initiatives, in alignment with the scope and responsibilities of this role. Entry requirements: Ideally a graduate in accounting or finance and qualified or part qualified accountant or non-graduates who have obtained a professional accounting qualification And at least two years’ experience gained within fund administration, alternative asset management and/or public accounting Strong communication skills.
