Job Description Are you a strategic leader passionate about engaging and inspiring the next generation of students? Griffith University is seeking a dynamic Senior Future Students Manager to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance for domestic student recruitment and engagement, with a strong focus on high school audiences. In this role, you will develop, manage, and implement innovative outreach programs and recruitment activities with key partner schools, ensuring alignment with Griffith University’s strategic priorities. You will strengthen Griffith’s visibility and impact across school communities through meaningful engagement and tailored initiatives. You will lead the Future Students team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment and engagement activities in high schools About you Demonstrated experience showing the ability to lead high school engagement and recruitment activities and build and develop ongoing strong stakeholder relationships. Proven ability to provide strategic team leadership and direction to multi‑site teams. Strong event management skills, including scheduling, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on‑the‑day oversight. Strong analytical skills with experience preparing and presenting performance metrics, conversion rates and equity outcomes Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Admissions, Academic Groups) to deliver integrated engagement and recruitment initiatives. Experience managing budgets, operational objectives, and resources to achieve strategic outcomes. Strong governance and administrative skills, ensuring accurate data capture and compliance with policies and procedures. As Griffith is a multi‑site University, you may be required to work across other locations. Salary Range The full‑time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 8: $113,713 – $127,923 p.a. + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be $133,044 – $149,670 per annum.
