Master the nuances of FX and CFD products. Stay ahead of market trends and regulations to deliver optimal trading strategies. What you Do Lead new client acquisition efforts for leveraged FX and CFD products, targeting institutional clients primarily, as well as retail and high net worth individuals. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring a smooth and compliant client setup experience. Proactively monitor client margins and risks, promptly managing margin calls by coordinating with clients to resolve shortfalls. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the FX and CFD segments. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and trading teams to tailor offerings and deliver client-centric solutions. Provide expert advice and market insights to clients through presentations and training, while monitoring market trends and competitors to guide sales strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Who you Are Minimum 5 years of industry experience in margin FX sales, preferably with exposure to CFD’s or similar leveraged products. Proven track record in acquiring and managing institutional clients, with additional experience in retail and high net worth client segments. Strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets, products, and trading platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory as this role focuses on building the business for the Chinese market portfolio Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in finance, trading, or sales are a plus.
