Your role
To acquire, grow and retain a portfolio of corporate NZ clients through leveraging existing networks and working with the new business team.
What you’ll be doing

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, including essential contacts, account dealing preferences, and activity flows for foreign exchange hedging needs
  • Works closely with internal departments as client needs arise including credit, compliance, operations, sales
  • Drive account retention and growth of wallet share through strong relationship management, understanding of Corpay’s products, platforms, and offerings
  • Answering and processing inbound/outbound calls.
  • Booking and confirming client transactions across available products – spots, limit orders, forwards, options etc.
  • Monitor and manage accounts in accordance with all key metrics
  • Direct communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s)
  • Exhibit and utilize knowledge of foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support clients cash flow, product pricing and profitability
  • Attend all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by manager or other levels of leadership
  • Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years previous account management experience in financial services industry preferable but not necessary
  • 3+ years’ experience in a middle office or client-facing role within the Financial Services sector. FX experience would be an advantage.
  • Passionate about global financial markets and FX
  • Copes very well in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Has strong attention to details
  • Has strong communication skills both in spoken and written English
  • Sound numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
