THE CHALLENGE: Designing Innovative Gameplay in a Competitive Market Balancing Creativity with Data & KPIs Navigating Regulatory Constraints Iterating in Fast-Paced Production Cycles Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration Owning End-to-End Feature Development Managing Ambiguity in Early-Stage Concepts Aligning Game Vision with Commercial Goals Delivering High-Quality Experiences Under Tight Deadlines ABOUT YOU: 5+ years of experience in game design (preferably within iGaming, slots, or real-money gaming) Proven track record of shipped titles Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion) Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles Experience writing clear and structured GDDs Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives NICE TO HAVE: Experience designing slot games or live casino products Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization Basic understanding of game engines (e.g., Unity) OUR OFFER: A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and the US) including various social events and teambuilding.
