Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Senior Game Mathematician to design, prototype, and balance mathematical models for games, working closely with designers and developers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s in Math, Stats, CS, Game Design, or related field.
2+ years in game development or math model design
Strong in probability, statistics, and Excel
Programming skills (C/C++ or similar); Unity a plus
Passion for games and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

Create and tune game math models using Excel
Prototype and test game flow and balance
Run simulations to verify model accuracy
Analyze game data and player feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
