As a key member of the team, help drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of live game content and operational initiatives that support Overwatch’s ongoing service and player experience. We are looking for someone with strong production fundamentals, excellent organization and communication skills, and experience managing complex schedules across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems collaboratively, and helping teams stay aligned in a fast-moving live environment. This role offers a flexible hybrid work week, with a mix of remote and on‑site days, based out of our Seoul studio. What you bring to the table: Drive production planning and execution across live operations and content initiatives, helping teams deliver game-ready assets, updates, releases, and service plans on time. Partner with development, production, publishing, and regional teams to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and issue triage, while keeping leadership informed and aligned. Support critical operational workflows, including live game updates, service maintenance, security audit coordination, roles and permissions management, and release readiness in close cooperation with external partner/vendor. Strong ability to anticipate risks, identify roadblocks early, and create plans that minimize impact to production. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean, with the ability to share information clearly and succinctly across a range of stakeholders.
