Senior Game Producer (Mobile / F2P) VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play online social games. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Growth Product team in Poland and are currently looking for a Senior Game Producer to join the team. As a Senior Game Producer at VGW, you will own the day-to-day delivery of Monopoly Match mobile game, translating product strategy into execution while ensuring high-quality and compliant releases.You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, legal, compliance and external development partners to ship features efficiently, safely and on schedule. Key requirements: 5+ years of experience in agile product or game development environments within mobile free-to-play games; Strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning and release coordination; Proven experience working with external development studios or vendors, managing dependencies and delivery expectations; Solid knowledge of mobile game development cycles, preferably in casual, puzzle, or social casino games; Strong cross-functional communication skills, including collaboration with engineering, legal, compliance, and brand teams; Data-informed mindset, with experience interpreting product metrics, A/B tests, and performance data; High attention to detail combined with the ability to balance speed, quality, and risk; Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence; Comfortable operating in regulated or licensed environments (or strong ability to learn quickly); Key responsibilities will include: Own the day-to-day delivery of Monopoly Match game, translating product priorities into clear, executable plans; Lead core agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement) and unblock delivery issues; Own release management end to end, including QA readiness, mobile store submissions (iOS/Google Play), and post-release support; Act as the primary delivery point of contact for the external development partner, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and timelines; Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Brand to ensure licensed and regulatory requirements are met; Communicate delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to key stakeholders; About VGW VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play online social games.
