REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in gameplay design, with a focus on 3C design.
  • Deep understanding of camera systems, character movement, and intuitive control schemes.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting.
  • Strong ability to prototype and iterate based on player feedback and telemetry data.
  • Onsite position (EU work authorization required).

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Gameplay Designer, you will focus on the feel and responsiveness of the game’s core experience. You will refine character movement, combat mechanics, camera systems, and controls, ensuring a fluid and immersive gameplay experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, prototype, and refine character movement, locomotion, and traversal systems.
  • Develop and optimize combat mechanics, aiming systems, and player feedback loops.
  • Ensure intuitive camera behavior and control schemes across PC and consoles.
  • Collaborate with animation and VFX teams to improve game feel.
  • Analyze and implement player feedback to continuously refine gameplay responsiveness.
