Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment Type: Full-time Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and enhance the complete management of operational equipment, assets, and supplies, ensuring accountability, compliance, and readiness across various departments. Lead the design and execution of inventory control procedures to keep tools and equipment in optimal condition while meeting safety and quality standards. Administer access rights, permissions, and security measures for facilities and equipment, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Manage the asset lifecycle including procurement, usage monitoring, maintenance planning, and the disposal of outdated items, collaborating with multiple teams. Anticipate equipment and supply needs, prepare purchase orders, and handle vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective solutions and uninterrupted operations. Evaluate equipment usage data to detect patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, recommending and applying corrective measures. Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and operational standards; identify and report risks or compliance concerns to leadership proactively. Provide support, training, and supervision to junior team members involved in equipment and facility operations. Requirements Native or fluent in Português (nível C1), with strong written and oral command; must also have fluent English (minimum B2 level). Proven background in operations management, facilities coordination, or asset lifecycle management, ideally in fast-paced or international settings. Advanced computer skills, including experience with inventory systems, asset tracking software, and standard office tools. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring data accuracy. Strong communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels. High professional standards, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail; capable of taking initiative and ensuring operational quality.
