This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Chennai, Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and validate cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions. This role focuses on developing proof-of-concept (POC) applications, transforming ideas into working AI systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI models and algorithms. Build Proof of Concept (POC) applications to demonstrate feasibility and business value of AI solutions. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and production-ready code. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability for training and evaluation. Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to technical solution design. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI/ML models and applications. Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies and apply best practices. Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries. Use Vertex AI for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Integrate and leverage large language models and GenAI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini) for advanced AI use cases. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI. Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as PySpark. Experience building, testing, and deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments, preferably GCP. Solid understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques. Nice to Have Experience with end-to-end AI solution development, from POC to deployment. Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable AI architectures.
