This role can be done hybrid: 2 days per week from office in Wrocław. DES applications preferred. Your role: As a Senior General Ledger Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely financial data and reports to support informed business decisions. You will lead the monthly financial close process across various countries, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements. Your responsibilities include preparing financial statements under IFRS, reconciling balance sheet accounts, managing payroll and HR-related bookings, and actively participating in month-end closing activities. In addition, you will support system testing, process improvement initiatives, and mentor junior team members. You will also handle audit tasks, compliance activities, and collaborate on special financial analysis projects. Who you are: 1–3 years in financial statement preparation, group reporting, or auditing under IFRS. Exposure to Shared Services Center environments. Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, strong Excel and analytical skills. University degree in Business Economics with a focus on accounting or a similar qualification.
