Job Description This role will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of financial management and operational finance processes for the organization. This role plays a strategic and hands-on part in driving financial performance, compliance, and process improvement across the company. Core Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and execute robust financial strategies and policies to optimize capital allocation, working capital, and mitigate financial risks. Lead, mentor, and manage finance teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, GAAP, IFRS, and local laws. Manage cash flow, treasury, and investment activities to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Analyze financial performance, prepare and present reports for leadership and stakeholders, and provide actionable insights for business decisions. Oversee process optimization in areas such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, payroll, and account closures, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance. Drive enterprise projects focused on process and control improvement, cost reduction, and scalability as the company grows and enters new markets. Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders; oversee audits and address findings. Desired Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role within a BPO or similar service environment. Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to the BPO sector. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and risk assessment skills. Proven leadership ability, experience managing large teams, and a record of process improvement and change management. Advanced degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. BPO-Specific Objectives Identify opportunities for process automation, cost optimization, and service enhancements specific to the BPO industry to improve client value and operational margins. Collaborate closely with client service, IT, and operations teams to align financial strategies with overall business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Ensure financial operations support scalable, flexible, and compliant service delivery across multiple geographies as is common in BPOs.
