Responsibilities ● Drive all aspects of recruiting and talent acquisition for all roles within your locations, including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training; ● Managing and distributing sales leads to your sales team; ● Holding branch and sales meetings (on-site/remote) to motivate your team, provide training and recognizing achievement; ● Hold and drive staff accountability to results and KPIs; ● Drive down communication and company updates in a positive manner to all staff; ● Consistent availability (“on call”) to take sales calls to with your team to assess training needs and facilitate customer experience; and ● Handling all branch administration related to sales, installation, commission and payroll (on-site/remote). Qualifications Minimum on-site requirement for remote branch(es) near or around 25% on a monthly basis ● Ability to multitask in fast paced and deadline driven environment; ● Strong ability to operate and understand digital platforms and systems, including but not limited Outlook, Excel, in-house CRM system, etc.; ● Prior experience running and/or managing a franchise, branch, chain, multi-site store in construction, remodeling, or any industry where you were responsible for day-to-day operations preferred.
