We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer with expertise in agent-based system development. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize multi-agent workflows powered by advanced AI models and architectures. You’ll work hands-on with Python, vector databases, and multi-agent frameworks to bring autonomous AI systems into production at scale.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in OOP and production-level systems.
• Proven experience with prompt engineering across major LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).
• Deep understanding of AI agent concepts: memory, planning, tool use, autonomous execution, evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph strongly preferred).
• Expertise in vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
• Understanding of ETL/data pipelines in both batch and streaming environments.
• Familiarity with CosmosDB or other NoSQL databases and scalable schema design.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (branching, PRs, CI/CD).
• Ability to stay current with GenAI research, frameworks, and protocols (OpenAI Assistants, function calling, LangChain agents, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience deploying AI agents in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with model fine-tuning, embeddings generation, and OpenAI plugins/tool calling.
• Exposure to AI evaluation and observability techniques (human-in-the-loop, feedback loops, monitoring).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published work in the field.

• Design, build, and maintain autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph (preferred), Autogen, CrewAI, or Bedrock.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies to ensure reliable and effective agent performance.
• Architect end-to-end RAG solutions, integrating vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) with real-time and batch ETL pipelines.
• Leverage CosmosDB and NoSQL stores to manage large-scale unstructured and semi-structured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent systems into APIs, products, and enterprise workflows.
• Conduct performance tuning and safety evaluations of agent workflows in production environments.
• Follow engineering best practices, including code reviews, Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing standards.
• Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging GenAI models, tools, and orchestration frameworks.
