SENIOR GENERATIVE AI ENGINEER

This role is a chance to help shape the future of Virta’s AI-powered coaching experience and contribute to reversing chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity at scale. As a key member of the technical leadership team, you’ll play a central role in evolving our GPT-based chatbot into a powerful platform that supports coaches, engages members, and drives real health outcomes. It’s a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of GenAI, behavioral health, and mission-driven impact. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to solve complex problems at the intersection of GenAI and behavior change. Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
