Job Description We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant specialized in Genesys Cloud, with solid experience in Contact Center environments and a results-oriented approach. The selected person will be part of a team of high-level professionals, participating in the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions based on Genesys Cloud CX for international clients. Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and optimize Genesys Cloud CX solutions. Design integrations using REST APIs and connectivity with external systems. Participate in projects under Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Analyze technical and functional requirements, proposing efficient and scalable solutions. Resolve complex technical issues and provide second and third-level support. Collaborate in the development of reports, analytics, and continuous improvement of Contact Center performance. Document processes, integrations, and configurations carried out. Qualifications Verifiable experience in Genesys Cloud CX (minimum 3 years). Mastery of REST APIs and basic knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python development. Previous experience in Contact Center platforms (Genesys or others). Professional command of the English and Spanish languages (oral and written). Ability to work in a team and customer orientation. The following will be especially valued: Official Genesys Cloud certifications (Architect, Developer, Professional, etc.). Experience in telephony and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC). Basic knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Front-End/Back-End concepts. Experience in projects with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
