REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geosciences, Engineering, or a related field; GIS certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive GIS experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient with the ArcGIS product suite, including ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online.
• Applied experience in feature enablement, server management, and deployment scenarios with the ArcGIS platform.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Web GIS development.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., PHMSA, BLM, OGA).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
